Our business is rapidly expanding and in order to keep up with our fast expansion plan we need a Senior QA, Automation Engineer to drive the process and manage our advanced technology. EmailTree AI's mission is reinventing the customer experience with an intelligent end-to-end customer service automation.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Create and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Skills

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance or similar role
• Experience in QA methodology
• Experience with testing web applications
• Experience using web based testing frameworks ( ex: Cypress, Selenium)
• Familiarity with Linux command line
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
