We've designed a three-step process AI app to close tickets using macros in less than 15 seconds.

Open your ticket as usual in Zendesk. The only difference is that you don't need to type "/" in a ticket's comment or use Ctrl+M to open Macro Search.

As soon as you open the ticket, your AI assistant will read, understand, and suggest the most macro to use in less than a second.

Use the "Copy to Chat" feature, Fine-tune the response if needed, and click "submit."
